By calling or texting a Memory Line phone number, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Service

Memory Line is a voice and text message capture service operated by MEC Media Co. LLC. When you call or text a Memory Line number at an event, your message, photo, or voicemail is saved to a private memory site created for that event's host.

Your Submissions

By submitting a voice message, text, or photo, you grant MEC Media Co. LLC and the event host a non-exclusive license to display your submission on the private memory site associated with that event. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you send.

Message Frequency

After submitting a message, you may receive up to 2 automated reply messages related to your submission — a delivery confirmation and a name collection request. You will not receive any marketing or promotional messages.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from this number.

Limitation of Liability

MEC Media Co. LLC is not liable for any loss of submissions due to technical failures. The Memory Line service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
