MEC Media Co. LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Memory Line service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Memory Line platform.
Information We Collect
When you interact with a Memory Line phone number, we may collect your phone number, voice recordings, text messages, photos, and any name or relationship information you voluntarily provide in response to our messages.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to populate a private memory site created for the specific event you are attending. Your submissions are not used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond the event memory service.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., telephony infrastructure). Your submissions are shared only with the event host who commissioned the Memory Line service.
Data Retention
Submissions are retained for a period of 90 days following delivery of the memory site to the event host, after which they are permanently deleted unless the event host requests earlier deletion.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your submissions at any time by contacting us at info@mecmediaco.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
